Made to order

SKOOGSY products are made to order and often include custom details. Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or customization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If there is an issue with your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right.

A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the problem (if applicable)

Replacements and refunds

If the issue is confirmed, we will choose the most appropriate solution:

Replacement - We produce and ship a new item at no extra cost.
Refund - If a replacement is not possible or does not make sense, we will refund the affected item.

Shipping costs

If the issue is caused by an error on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), SKOOGSY covers the replacement shipping. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.
