Custom-made gear
Every SKOOGSY order is made to order. Because of that, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or customization details entered incorrectly at checkout.
If there’s an issue with your order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us as soon as possible and include:
Order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the problem (if applicable)

Replacements & refunds
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer the best solution depending on the situation:
Replacement (most common) - we produce and ship a new item at no extra cost.
Refund - if a replacement isn’t possible or doesn’t make sense, we’ll refund the affected item.
Shipping costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side, SKOOGSY covers the replacement shipping. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.

Please double-check your size and customization details before placing your order. If you have special requests, add them in the order notes and we’ll do our best to match them within what the product and print allow.
