In Norway, we have a strong sports culture. But MMA is still banned under the "knockout law". This forces Norwegian fighters to go abroad to compete professionally.
While the world moves forward and recognizes MMA as a legitimate and regulated sport, Norway falls behind. Our athletes deserve the right to compete at home. Our fans deserve the chance to support them here.
Legalizing MMA will open up safe competition, boost local sports, and give Norwegian talent a real chance. Countries all over Europe have done it. We can too.
